Morgan Overton is a visual artist based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Predominately through portraiture, she centers the visibility and voices of society's historically silenced. Her work extends across various mediums to interpret social, cultural, and political issues as an ode to the bell hooks quote: “The function of art is to do more than tell it like it is – it's to imagine what is possible”.
